Consume a minimum of 3 types of Kashaya (Decoctions) from the below decoctions list, each type of Kashaya (Decoctions) to be taken for 1 week as per millet diet protocol for Acidity, Gastric Problems, GERD.

- Fenugreek Leaves
- Pongamia Pinnata Leaves

- Senna auriculata Leaves
- Abutilon Indicum

By 12 o’clock you have to eat only 3 to 4 types of fruits like – Mango, Grapes, Banana, etc.
The minimum amount of fruit intake – Your Body Weight in kg × 10 = …gms
For example – Let’s your weight is 60 Kg. So 60 x 10 = 600 gms fruit you have to eat before 12 noon.

Step 1: You have to eat raw vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, radishes, and cucumber.
