Kashaya (Herbal Drinks) for Migraine, Vertigo, Nervous Problems, Snoring, Stammering, Sweating in Palm/Feet

Consume Kashaya (Decoctions) from below decoctions list, each type of Kashaya (Decoctions) to be taken for one week as per millet diet protocol for Migraine, Vertigo, Nervous Problems, Snoring, Stammering, Sweating in Palm/Feet.
  • Bermuda Grass
  • Guava Leaves
  • Nyctanthes Arbor-Tristis
  • Ruta Graveolens
