Kashaya (Herbal Drinks) for Underweight (Weight Gain)
Consume a minimum of 3 types of Kashaya (Decoctions) as per the protocol, each type of Kashaya (Decoctions) to be taken for 1 week as per millet diet protocol for Underweight.
- Mustard seeds
- Fenugreek seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Organic banana stem
- Abutilon indicum
Oil for Underweight (Weight Gain)
Consume at least 3 types of oils from the below-mentioned oils for a week and repeat the cycle.
- Safflower oil
- Niger seed oil
- Peanut oil
Note: There should be a gap of at least 30 minutes between drinking Kashaya (Herbal Drinks) and consuming oil. Take the quantity of oil from 2 to 3 spoons. The oil should be obtained from oxen-driven wood Ghana and should be kept in a glass or porcelain vessel.
Millet Diet Protocols Breakfast for Underweight (Weight Gain)
By 12 o’clock you have to eat only 3 to 4 types of fruits like – Mango, Grapes, Banana, etc.
The minimum amount of fruit intake – Your Body Weight in kg × 10 = …gms
For example – Let’s your weight is 60 Kg. So 60 x 10 = 600 gms fruit you have to eat before 12 noon.
Lunch for Underweight (Weight Gain)
Step 1: You have to eat raw vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, radishes, and cucumber.
The minimum amount of raw vegetables eaten – Your Body Weight in kg × 5 = …gms
For example – Let’s your weight is 60 Kg. So 60 x 5 = 300 gms of raw vegetables have to be eaten before Step 2.
Step 2: You have to take Siridhanya Millet Diet Protocols
Siridhanya Millet Diet Protocol for Underweight (Weight Gain)
Consume the diet made from the millet mentioned below in the same order. If there is a problem with dialysis consume Siridhanya Millet in the form of Ambli for 9 weeks for special benefits.
- Little millet 3 days
- Kodo millet 3 days
- Barnyard millet 1 days
- Foxtail millet 1 day
- Brown top millet 1 day
Note: The best way to consume millet in the form of Fermented porridge for 9 weeks.
Follow the same as Lunch.
- Healthy people can take Proso millet & Great millet for 1- day along with positive grains (Siridhanya Millet).
- Sprouted legumes such as Green gram, Bengal gram, Cowpea, and Groundnuts should be taken each variety per week. Sprouts should first be steamed for 5 to 7 minutes and then be tempered.
- Just two teaspoonsful of one type of steamed and tempered sprouts should be taken once a week along with one teaspoon of Fenugreek/Methi sprouts.
- That means every week the type of legume used for sprouting changes, but Fenugreek/Methi seed sprouts remain constant.
