Kashaya (Herbal Drinks) for Diabetes

Consume minimum 3 types of Kashaya (decoctions) as per the protocol, each type of Kashaya (decoctions) to be taken for 1 week as per millet diet protocol for Diabetes.

  • Black plum leaves
  • Ivy gourd leaves
  • Mint
  • Drumstick leaves
  • Abutilon indicum

Millet Diet Protocols Breakfast for Diabetes

By 12 o’clock you have to eat only 3 to 4 types of fruits like – Mango, Grapes, Banana, etc.

The minimum amount of fruit intake – Your Body Weight in kg × 10 = …gms

For example – Let’s your weight is 60 Kg. So 60 x 10 = 600 gms fruit you have to eat before 12 noon.

Step 1: You have to eat raw vegetables like carrot, tomato, radish, and cucumber.
