Millet Diet Protocols for Thyroid, P.C.O.D, Hormonal Imbalance, Endometriosis, and Fibroid based on Dr. Khadar Vali’s research on millet and his lectures. This diet plan is a combination of Dr. Khadar’s vali millet diet plan & Dr. BRC’s DIP Diet Plan. Siridhanya millet diet plan can help stay healthy in conditions like Thyroid, P.C.O.D., Hormonal Imbalance, Endometriosis, and Fibroid.

Kashaya (Herbal Drinks) for Thyroid, P.C.O.D, Hormonal Imbalance, Endometriosis, Fibroid

Consume a minimum of 3 types of Kashaya (decoctions) as per the protocol, each type of Kashaya (decoctions) to be taken for 1 week.

  • Drumstick leaves
  • Tender tamarind leaves
  • Betel leaves (without stem)
  • Pongamia pinata
  • Roselle
  • Abutilon indicum
  • Tinospora cardi folia

Oil for Thyroid, P.C.O.D, Hormonal Imbalance, Endometriosis, Fibroid

Consume at least 3 types of oils from the below-mentioned oils for a week and repeat the cycle.

  • Coconut oil
  • Safflower oil
  • Peanut oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Niger seed oil

Note: There should be a gap of at least 30 minutes between drinking Kashaya (Herbal Drinks) and consuming oil. Take the quantity of oil from 2 to 3 spoons. The oil should be obtained from oxen-driven wood Ghana and should be kept in a glass or porcelain vessel.

By 12 o’clock you have to eat only 3 to 4 types of fruits like – Mango, Grapes, Banana, etc.

The minimum amount of fruit intake – Your Body Weight in kg × 10 = …gms

For example – Let’s your weight is 60 Kg. So 60 x 10 = 600 gms fruit you have to eat before 12 noon.

Step 1: You have to eat raw vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, radishes, and cucumber.

The minimum amount of raw vegetables eaten – Your Body Weight in kg × 5 = …gms

For example – Let’s your weight is 60 Kg. So 60 x 5 = 300 gms of raw vegetables have to be eaten before Step 2.

Step 2: You have to take Siridhanya Millet Diet Protocols

Consume the diet made from the millet mentioned below in the same order. If the health issue is exacerbated, consume Siridhanya Millet in the form of Ambli for 9 weeks for special benefits.

Note: The best way to consume millet in the form of Fermented porridge for 9 weeks.

Dinner

Follow the same as Lunch.
